MBCC runs a popular second-hand "Opportunity" Shop in the main shopping street of Mairangi Bay Village. A team of dedicated volunteers, headed by our manager, Sarita Trollip, man the shop Tuesdays to Saturdays and the profits go to fund a variety of special needs in the church and community as well as to mission (local & overseas). We are most grateful to those in other churches and in the community who support the shop, both in terms of donating items for sale and in making purchases from the shop. Below are some photos of our old premises in Beach Road, Mairangi Bay. Our OpShop rented the old building for many decades. It served us so well over the years, but we are thankful to have new premises just up the road from where we were.
